Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Canadian Eventers #3Days3WaysCanada Contest (the “Contest”) begins October 27, 2020 at 6:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 1, 2020 at 11:59:00 p.m PT (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is run by Canadian Eventers (the “Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are thirteen (13) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Excluded from eligibility are officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Group, and members of any immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether or not related) of such officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives.
3. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Internet access and Instagram account required. Online entry through Instagram only; no other means of submission will be accepted.
   To enter, follow these steps:
   1. Be sure you’re following @canadian_eventers on Instagram
   2. Like this post
   3. Post a photo of yourself and tell us what you love about eventing. Tag #3days3waysCanada
   4. For an extra entry, make sure you’re wearing your Canadian Eventers hoodie or belt in your photo
4. LIMIT: One (1) Entry per person during the Contest Period. Entrant must remain a follower of @Canadian_Eventers on Instagram from the time of Entry until at least the time of the Contest draw. Any attempt to exceed the limit on Entries is a violation of these Official Contest Rules and may result in disqualification. The Entry must be submitted by the entrant him or herself. Use of automated devices to enter is prohibited; automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service) are not permitted and may result in disqualification.
5. PERMISSIONS: Entrant must have permission from any recognizable individuals (or their parent or legal guardian, in the case of minors) who appear in the Submission to use their names and likenesses in the Submission and to grant the rights set forth in Section 6. If requested, entrant must be able to provide such permissions or proof in a form acceptable to Sponsor.
6. SPONSOR’S USE OF SUBMISSIONS: By posting a Submission, you represent and warrant that the Submission complies with these Official Rules and you grant to Sponsor (and its designees) a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Submission, in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate the Submission into other works, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will be asked to sign documentation for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the Submission.
7. HOW TO WIN: The Sponsor will randomly select two eligible Entries as eligible to win the Prize (as defined below) from amongst all Entries received. Chance of being selected as eligible to win the Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.
8. PRIZE: One of two Canadian Eventers custom-design C4 belts. Value of the prize is CAD$45. Shipping to Canadian residence included.
   Prize will be awarded only to a verified winner in Canada. Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of greater or equivalent monetary value if the Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Sponsor will not replace a lost or stolen Prize. Any other taxes, costs or expenses associated with the Prize not specified herein will be the responsibility of the selected winner.
9. PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS: The selected entrant will be notified by Instagram private message within approximately forty-eight (48) hours of the draw, which will take place on December 2, 2020. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must: (i) respond to notification of selection within one (1) business day of first attempt by Sponsor; (ii) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone or email at a mutually convenient time.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram is hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
